We are J&A Home Buyers. J&A Home Buyers was founded by Jonathan Davis and Aaron White (J&A), two experienced real estate professionals. With over 40 years of combined experience, J&A Home Buyers provides a simple and seamless experience for homeowners that are looking to sell their house in the greater Katy area. Having worked as realtors and investors for many years, J&A had encountered numerous homeowners who were dissatisfied with the limited options available for selling their properties. As a result, they established J&A Home Buyers to address these needs and offer a fast, simple, and entirely transparent alternative.
Our company mission is to offer win-win solutions to homeowners no matter the circumstances. Meet the Team
Aaron White– Marketing & Communications- Grew up in São Paulo Brazil as a missionary kid. There he learned Portuguese and later picked up Spanish. Today, faith still plays a big role in Aaron’s life and continues active with a church in Cypress, Texas.
Aaron was drawn to real estate from a terrible experience he had as a tenant when he moved to Katy in 2014. He saw an opportunity to serve the community by providing quality constructed homes as an investor in the greater Katy area. He expanded his investment company he had started in Georgia to Katy. Aaron is a licensed realtor with eXp Realty.
Jonathan Davis – Acquisition & Homeowner Success Manager- Graduated from Texas A&M in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Jonathan moved to Katy in 1994 when his father started selling homes in Cinco Ranch. Seeing his father help people in all situations to buy and sell homes gave him a passion for using real estate as a tool for helping others.

Renee Davis– Operations Manager- Graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a degree in Family and Consumer Economics. She grew up in Hallettsville Texas and moved to Katy in 2009.
Renee started working in Real Estate in 2015 as she supported Jonathan in building out his company as a Realtor. Today Renee helps J&A Home Buyers keep our operations running smoothly. She works to ensure our purchasing process is on schedule and also manages our construction crews to clean out and fix up properties that need some work.
Thais White– Finance Manager- Grew up in Belgium and Burkina Faso Africa as a Missionary Kid. Her parents served families in relief and development by building schools, helping business owners and helping people escape very tough situations in Africa.
Thais was forced into becoming an investor when she moved from Georgia to Katy in 2014. At the time the town she had purchased a home in 2008 still had not recovered in value in 2014 and she opted to rent out the home instead of selling it at a loss. Thais helps us manage our seller appointments and keep our finances on time to ensure a seamless funding process for your home. Thais is a licensed realtor with eXp Realty.
